Summary
Bread Loaf provided construction management services for the new student center constructed at the heart of the Williams College campus. The project included the demolition of an existing three-story 53,000 square foot building and construction of the new sustainably-designed $34 million 76,000 square foot student center.
Interior and exterior surfaces are stone, brick, stainless steel, wood and glass. This challenging project involved a complex array of building systems, a unique collection of materials and a tight construction schedule.
