Founded by Jack DuBrul in 1968, The Automaster, Inc. is a family-owned and operated Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Mini and Honda automobile dealership located in Shelburne, Vermont.

Bread Loaf provided Construction Management services for the The Automaster’s BMW showroom renovation. Work included stripping the existing building down to the structural steel and re-constructing the new design with an expansion of 980 square feet of new showroom space added to the existing footprint.

The new BMW showroom features an open, airy and welcoming space for both guests and employees. The renovation included addition of many new amenities like the Isetta bar (a complimentary refreshment bar), state-of-the-art technology, and a new BMW iDisplay.

The BMW iDisplay is an interactive display platform designed to allow guests, with or without the guidance of a BMW Genius, to learn about and explore the features of the new BMW i3 electric vehicle (EV). The display platform also includes a fully functional car charging station.
