Arkell Pavilion & Yester House Gallery

Bread Loaf works well with the non-profit sector and is sensitive to the limited funds and reduced personnel common to non-profit organizations. I have high respect for Bread Loaf at all levels of management - designers, architects and managers. They are very professional and conscientious. I found them to be budget conscience and very sensitive to the Vermont trade and work force.

Summary

Bread Loaf used its Integrated Project ManagementSM (IPM) services for the Yester House and Arkell Pavilion projects. The Yester House Project involved renovation to allow for modern operations in the Georgian Revival mansion listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Louise Arkell Pavilion, the Center’s 140 seat performance hall, required replacement of the roof and air system and renovation to update the reception and changing rooms.
