I rarely give recommendations on a contractor but in this case I found Bread Loaf to be an exceptional corporation. They brought to the project solid professional expertise both in the development of the project and carrying out the work and always wanting to insure when the project was complete they could be proud of their work.

Summary

Historic Holman Stadium, home of the Nashua Pride baseball team, was built as a Work Projects Administration project in 1937. Nashua residents were fond of their historic aging stadium, but realized it needed some improvements.

Bread Loaf was selected to design and build modern renovations and additions while preserving the character of the beloved brick landmark. Respecting the existing quality and detail, Bread Loaf architects envisioned a transparent addition lightly overlaid on the historic brick stadium. The Bread Loaf team created a luxurious new skybox level cantilevered above the existing building along with new stair towers and elevators to improve circulation. This award-winning project was delivered on a fast-track schedule.
