Police Station

Working with Bread Loaf on the design and construction of a new Police Station was a very exciting time for myself and the community of Antrim. I worked closely with the site and project managers and always felt informed throughout the project. I was very pleased with the preparation, construction and follow-up stages of our project. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Bread Loaf and their employees on future projects!

Summary

The Town of Antrim, New Hampshire selected Bread Loaf for planning, design and construction services for development of their new police station. Integrated Project Management services included site evaluation, conceptual design, schematic design, construction scheduling, estimating and bond vote support leading to a successful bond vote.

Planning services resulted in development of a compact design with an efficient and highly functional floor plan of 5,400 square feet. The resourceful plans address security, functionality and separation of victims and suspects while appropriately reflecting the building program area and cost requirements of the Town of Antrim.
