Unlike many Architecture firms, Bread Loaf staffs every project with a fully integrated team. We provide complete architectural and preconstruction services from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents.

At the onset of design services,Bread Loaf’s in-house team includes architects, engineers, estimators, construction managers and field superintendents. Together with the Owner, our team will evaluate each decision that needs to be made considering comfort, cost and value, constructability, usefulness and aesthetics.
