Yankee Farm Credit Ribbon Cutting
yankee-farm-credit-ribbon-cuttingMiddlebury, Vermont—A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on December 9, 2014 for the new Yankee Farm Credit building at 320 Exchange Street in Middlebury, Vermont. Bread Loaf Corporation provided Integrated Project ManagementSM (IPM) services for the design and construction of the new 4,300 square foot office building. The building design features two large light monitors that provide daylight to open offices below. A brick exterior was selected to maximize long-term durability. A highly efficient mechanical system and exterior wall insulation will lead to low annual energy consumption.
