Two More Added to LEED Roster
Press ReleaseBread Loaf is pleased to announce that Jim Pulver, Vice President of Architecture, and Joe Lattuca, Superintendent, have become LEED Accredited Professionals, assuring clients that every Bread Loaf project is assigned at least one accredited professional. LEED is a third-party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings and sustainable design. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.

He has worked on such notable projects as the Dartmouth Tennis Center, Hanover, New Hampshire; The Equinox Hotel Spa, Pool and Banquet Facilities, Manchester, Vermont and is currently designing the Weston Playhouse Theatre Company’s Walker Farm Studio Theatre in Weston, Vermont.
