Bread Loaf’s Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services Department works with our clients and project team to manage the design, cost, and quality of all MEP and Fire Protection systems for our projects.

Our MEP Managers work with clients to evaluate the selection of equipment including proper sizing, efficiency, and longevity; review the design to ensure proper coordination and compatibility between various building systems; manage the MEP and Fire Protection budgets from conceptual design through project closeout; oversee the proper installation of mechanical equipment; and verify proper start-up and commissioning of MEP and Fire Protection systems.

The MEP Services staff includes the Vice President of MEP Services and MEP Mangers.
